I have 9 years of work experience designing solutions for a diverse set of domains including mental health, social determinants of health, child safety, connectivity, mobility, corporate mobile banking, robotic/business process automation, procurement, supply chain, e-commerce, and wealth management.
My core capabilities lie in a human-centered approach and integrative design thinking. My daily work involves research and analysis, competitive analysis, requirements gathering and feature planning, concept creation, rapid prototyping and validation through usability studies, and building information architecture for products.
My work experience is primarily in User Experience and User Interaction design in Product Development. Applying empathetic and human-centered approach to solving complex business problems excites me. My design practice focuses on creating desirable, feasible and viable solutions.
